Dear all valued customer and partners, please kindly read bellow terms and conditions before you made a booking with Tridatu bali Tours, as we always care with your satisfaction. So, please read carefully and understand.

Travel Insurance

We will do everything possible to ensure safety and enjoyable trip. We highly recommend you to cover yourself against loss or injury by taking out comprehensive travel insurance. Because we never know what may happen and it may come in handy if the unexpected happens. By booking with Tridatu Bali Tours you understood and agree with our terms and conditions down bellow.

Tridatu Bali Tours, its owners, directors and employees assume no responsibility howsoever caused for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting directly or indirectly from Acts of God, natural disasters, detention, annoyance, delays, and expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, discrepancies or change in transit or hotel services, over which it has no control.
You acknowledge that Tridatu Bali Tours will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including personal property such as bags, money or personal items) brought on a tour organized by Tridatu Bali Tours. You will be liable for any loss or damage of person or property caused by you on a tour organized by Tridatu Bali Tours. We highly recommend that you leave valuables at home or if you must take them, that you carry them on your person at all times.
When booking a tour with us, you accept that there are inherent dangers involved in the pursuit of any outdoor activity. We accept no responsibility howsoever caused for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of these or other services offered by Tridatu Bali Tours.
You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. In some cases, failure to present required vaccination documentation (e.g. proof of Yellow Fever vaccination) may deny you entry into a country. We recommend that you consult with your local doctor, travel medical service or specialist vaccination clinic before commencing your tour.

Booking Terms And Conditions

Please carefully reads the following terms and conditions. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. References to “us”, “we”, “our” and/or “Tridatu Bali Tours” in these booking terms and conditions means Tridatu Bali Tours. A contract will exist between you and us when we issue an invoice in response to your request for every booking made.

All experience is private and the prices are quoted in IDR and have 10% tax included. In some cases, we may quote you in a currency more familiar to you, such as USD, AUD or EUR.
Once a booking is received via email, whatsapp or by telephone or by any other means, your booking is confirmed subject to availability. Bookings are non-transferable.
Full payment is required at the time of booking – no spaces on our tours can be reserved until payment is received.
Cancellation Fees for Private Day Tours: After the booking has been confirmed and 31 or more days: FOC. From 30 to 6 days: 50%. Less than 5 days: 100%. As the excursions are tailor-made and our team is working hard on satisfying your demand, we reserve some of the services in advance to avoid disappointment. We would not like to see you cancel, however, we do allow free cancellations of up to 31 days in advance.
Although we will endeavor to adhere to the advertised tour details, you accept that we have the right to alter elements of any tour at our sole discretion due to operational requirements.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a tour for any reason, including but not limited to if the tour does not meet minimum attendance levels or if, in our opinion, the weather makes it difficult to guarantee your safety. If we cancel a tour, we will provide you with a full refund.
As we love having children around, we do not charge children under less than 10 years old who are attending the excursions with the family. 2 children maximum allowed FOC for 1 adult who will pay. Minimum 2 adults per tour. Contact us for any other requests, we will do our best case by case.
If the unexpected happens and you need to cancel your booked tour, please let us know as soon as possible. Also, we wish to stress that your safety and wellbeing are of the utmost importance to us. We endeavor to send you home as friends with great memories of the time you spent with us..

Important Notes

Please carefully read the following Additional Important Notes before proceeding with booking your tour with Tridatu Bali Tours.

Please ensure that you and those in your care act in an orderly manner when going on a tour organized by Tridatu Bali Tours. We may refuse entry or evict you if you or anyone in your care is behaving in a drunken, disorderly or inappropriate manner. This also includes not following instructions given by the tour guide, which may lead to unnecessarily disturbing or harming wildlife, littering or placing yourself and/or others in possible or actual danger
We occasionally take photos during our tours for use in promotional material. Unless you advise us otherwise, you consent to such use of your photographic/video likeness.
According to Balinese rules, women are not allowed to enter the temple during menstruation. In this case, we must change this stage of the itinerary. Please inform us in advance.
Certain third party-provided services, meals, and certain sight-seeing activities and experience are arranged by us in our capacity as agent only. Our obligation is to make bookings on your behalf for such services and to arrange relevant contracts between you and such service providers. We always care in the selection of reputable service providers but we have no control over, or liability for, the services provided by third parties. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions including conditions of carriage and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. We can provide you with copies of the relevant service provider terms and conditions on request. Your legal rights in relation to such services are against the specific service provider and, except to the extent a problem is caused by fault on our part, not against us. You acknowledge that this clause shall apply to all third party-provided services notwithstanding that our tour guide may accompany you during provision of such services.
If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of the services we have arranged on your behalf, you should report it to your tour guide so that immediate action can be taken to remedy the problem. Any feedback made to Tridatu Bali Tours with following the conclusion of the tour. It should be made in writing within 14 days of completion of the tour. In the event that you do not notify us in writing within 14 days, our ability to investigate negative feedback may be prejudiced.
We again wish to stress our commitment to you, our valued guests. If the unexpected happens and you need to cancel your booked tour, please let us know as soon as possible. Also, we wish to stress that your safety and wellbeing are of the utmost importance to us. We endeavor to send you home as friends with great memories of the time you spent with us.
